Today has been tough... My brain is telling me "Just go and have a smoke and everything will be better" It's actually screaming at me to do it. It will take all the days stress away, the anxiety and it will help you breath better. We have self isolated here as last Friday in our small town we had our first case of the dreaded virus and there cant be just one. My 16 year old daughter is on 2 immunosuppressants, my 98 year old Grandfather lives with me and I just got over pneumonia 5 weeks ago.... ARGHHHH and just when I had a couple of days where the anxiety and sob was doing a bit better BANG... I will not let it beat me but dam... Anyway thanks all for a place and an ear to vent and listen. I will take a tablet and try and sleep it off. I hope all are having a better day X

Vent, rant all you want Teeny, much better than poisoning a system that you have worked so hard to clear. So just tell Nasty Nic to do one!😊

Let it all out, have a good rant and vent. Better than sucking in Nasty Nic!
Keep at it. X

You need to stay well to look after yourself and the rest of the family so staying smoke free is a priority🚭👍
