Basically the doc has said that my kidneys are working a little hard, potentially due to the
ibuprofen
I've been taking.

How is everyone managing their pain?
At my last visit to my neurologist I expressed my concern to him that I'm taking 800mg of
ibuprofen
every single day at least once a day and he said he thought I'd be fine. Well, after an endoscopy and colonoscopy I'm being treated for an ulcer so obviously it wasn't "fine".

Finally out of the IC?
Got home and stuck a big freezer block on it for 20 minutes (wrapped in a tea towel) then rubbed some
ibuprofen
gel into it (found that works better than tablets), and so far so good. This all came about because on Wednesday I had a lovely 20 minute run on the treadmill.

New here and need advice!
I do take
ibuprofen
as advised by my doctor for managing my endometriosis pain, which I know affects the kidneys; I'm looking into that with further kidney tests. The first one the doctor just told me "your kidneys are working a little harder" which isn't helpful. Hmmph.

Advice of lab results please
I constantly feel fatigued and exhausted, ache all over my body (feels like severe flu symptoms) rarely relieved by paracetamol and/or aspirin (
ibuprofen
makes my chest tight & wheezy) and it seems like I’m losing more hair than previously - despite being on folic acid for low folate since mid April.

Just found a worrying lump
Was diagnosed with anemia in October 2017 which coincided with a dry socket tooth extraction which I took
ibuprofen
for 5 days on and off. I have never had pain like that before from a tooth extraction, it lasted 4 weeks! And I was a gnats hair from needing a transfusion.

Wk3 done!!🏃🏻♀️
Struggling a bit with a sore left knee.. keep applying the
ibuprofen
gel.. but is it likely just to get gradually better?! Having a few rest days between runs due to work, so not over doing it. But thoroughly enjoying the program 😊

Friday nights
I've been trying to numb it all day with
ibuprofen
and finally broke down crying to my mother. That is how you know when I need help. I usually bottle it all up and handle it on my own but it was bad. Finally back home and exhausted.
