Ankle pain

Not from running but I hopped out of the shower and landed hard on my foot and felt a pain in the front foot near ankle area. It hurts with weight bearing. Not bending mostly just when angled before lifting off on it when weight bearing most.

I haven't run since doing it and rest as much as possible and voltarol cream and ibuprofen. I have a 10k run in less than 2 weeks and want to get out running but anxious. Any idea's ? I might book into docs or physio
