Costochondritis
Hi I have costocondritis as well it takes time to settle down. But yes it will flare up from time to time. Just not as bad. What I do for it is use warm compress and cold if she can handle it. The warm feels relaxing. Plus I went to the health store and bought an herb called. BFAND Cthe full name is Bones Flesh and Carta lie. For me it healed me and helped with the inflation from it. Yes it can be very painful. Almost like she's having a heart attack. She will heal but it takes time and she has to be careful with it for a while till it heals.
Hope this helps. From a friend Country Gal
