Oh no it's happening again! I started c25k 8 years ago and gave up because I could not stop a pain in my buttocks. Just completed week 4 and following run 3 on Friday the pain has returned?! HELP. I don't want to stop again. I need help from you lovely people. I stretch after but is there something else I can do? It feels like a deep pain in each buttock. If I don't take ibuprofen it wakes me in the night when I turn over. Any help would be so appreciated. X

Hey Dave. Thank you for you link to help with my pain in the butt. I think it must be the periformis muscle. I have now done 2 more runs since our post and as I am doing more stretches in the problem area, I have got through them with not to much problems. Thanks again. And happy pain free running. P x
