Shell-shocked - non-functioning Fallopians, NHS eligibility worry
It seemed the consultant thought the stress on my body was holding things back and hypothesised that reducing training significantly and either Clomid/injections to kick start things was the answer but first, to get these on NHS, as my private won't cover fertility treatment, I needed a

Explaining Endo and the symptoms to your partner.
Just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on trying to explain the pain that Endo causes to a partner. So far I've had 2 hysteroscopies and 2 laparoscopies, the last one included a dye test and removal of adhesions. I've currently got an apt for an mri at the end of this month as my uterus is

Endometriosis and thickened endometrium
Had my
hysteroscopy
this morning and no mass thank god, just full of blood. The doctor did say the endometrial lining is quite thickened and friable and so has taken some more biopsies.

Post lap help..
Had cyst removed, adhesions removed, endometriosis diagnosed and removed, a d and c and a
hysteroscopy
. I really struggled with the general anaesthetic, took forever to function and the gas pain was not something that can be underestimated.

Mass in uterus? Fibroid?
He is pushing through a
hysteroscopy
. Under local though - has anyone had one under local? I've had one under GA but am nervous about it under local. This mass is cavitatory and heterogenous in appearance. Has anyone had anything like this? And what was it?

When is a scratch done?
Anyway, my consultant mentioned I have have the scratch next time, but he didn't mention it when we went back for

Laparoscopy recovery after severe endometriosis
Hi everyone, I had a laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
a week ago and still feel completely exhausted. I wondered if anyone else had the same experience? I was found to have extensive endometriosis including on my bowel and bladder.

Endo and Fibroids?
The gyny was an awful experience tbh - I had an arrogant non-communicative consultant carry out a surprise
hysteroscopy
and fit a coil. I was left in shock as I hadn't had any pain relief and I was there alone - He insisted he should do it while i was there to save me coming back.

Feeling very confused!
A week later I was readmitted to hospital due to severe bleeding and severe abdominal pain, then had a ultrasound scan, transvaginal scan and X-Ray because there was a concern that my bowel or womb had been perforated during the
hysteroscopy
.

Only 1 chance at IVF
Had laparoscopy,
hysteroscopy
and ovarian drilling and dye and diagnosed with PCOS. Still no ovulation after all this and Gynaecologist discharged me and said IVF is my only option, and due to my partner having children we have to self fund.

Disappearing dermoid/endo?
I had a
hysteroscopy
to remove the polyp (only Improved periods for two months then back as bad as ever). A few months later I had another scan which confirmed the dermoid was still there on the ovary and had grown a bit.

Bowel spasms?
I also had a
hysteroscopy
and the surgeon fitted a Mirena. I bled and cramped for about 2 weeks. Then for 1 week i felt great. As of yesterday though I've been having the most excruciating pain. It seems to be coming from my bowel. It's as if it's filling with air.

Finally diagnosed
Home and recovering following diagnostic Laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
yesterday. Extensive endometriosis and adenymosis found and some nodules removed. Next step hysterectomy. So glad to finally have answers and a plan of action. Feeling positive about the future and getting my life back.

Advice on frozen cycle timings?
We're due to see our specialist on Nov for
hysteroscopy
results. Surgeon told me he saw nothing unusual and is advising our specialist that we start treatment straight away, obviously biopsy results pending.
