Recovery timr
Hi there, I have my laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
booked on a Thursday in a few weeks and am back at work the following Wednesday. Will that be enough recovery time? Am so nervous about it and really hope there's not even more pain afterwards.

My Fallopian tubes are damaged - advise needed please!!!
Hi Girls, had a Laparoscopy and
Hysteroscopy
just before the weekend due to PCOS. They did ovarian drilling on one of my ovaries and was told that the PCOS is not severe at all and there is no endo but one of my fallopian tube is severely damaged and the second one is a bit leaky.

Feel complete despair :-(
I have been over and over in my head for ways to try again, against my partner's wishes, but knowing that this last go where i literally gave myself the best chance i could get (a 24 year old donor, a
hysteroscopy
, 3 embryos) and it still didn't work (after trying all last year using my own eggs) i know

Any advice needed
Gynaecologist said lap and
hysteroscopy
to be done, which was a few months later - six weeks check up Yes I removed endo from pelvic cavity and discharged. Was still in the same amount of pain as before but was told go back to gp as it wasn't a gynaecology problem!

This is all so new...
Fast forward to July, 8 months later, I have just had a laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
to look inside and was only told 2 weeks ago that I have severe and extensive endometriosis, with all my organs stuck and adhered together... I did not even know or fully understand what endometriosis was?

What would you suggest
The gyno that I saw was very abrupt and rude and even though he's agreed that I need a lap and and a
hysteroscopy
I am incredibly nervous now about it all. He is a private doctor in the two main private hospitals although I am seeing him as an nhs patient.

Sperm DNA fragmentation results
No guarantee that it still wouldn't be fragmented Option 2) Using donor sperm after I have a hsg, possibly a
hysteroscopy
(however that's spelt) to check I have free tubes etc Option 3) Adopting All 3 have pros & cons - hubby has ruled out option 1 as he doesn't want to spend the money.

Hysteroscopy
The gynaecologist has booked a
Hysteroscopy
without anaesthetic and I am so scared. I have not slept this week and I am vomiting when I think about it.

Might just loiter
So proceeded with
hysteroscopy
and took biopsy. 2 week wait max? I asked what if it's malignant? He said hysterectomy and other treatments. Is that a chicken way of saying chemo?

Hysteroscopy before IVF?
I wanted to ask your advice on whether it's worth getting a
hysteroscopy
done before we start ivf? It's the only diagnostic test I haven't have done.

Saw the Dr Thursday and Friday received the Onc for an ultrasound,
hysteroscopy
and biopsy on Monday. Obviously I don't want to join you wonderful ladies but just wanted to say how reassuring this site has been. If the diagnosis isn't good then it doesn't mean life is over.

Newbie... Endo, high NK cells, IVF, chemical pregnancies...
A few months after IVF I had a
hysteroscopy
to remove a few small polyps. I then had my first BFP the following month trying naturally! But this ended in a chemical pregnancy.

Seen at BSGE Centre but not by specialist...
This guy didn't examine me but booked me in for a laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
to 'see what's going on', explaining that it would be necessary to have a second lap for further treatment should things prove to be a bit messy in there.

Help Understanding Diagnosis
Good Evening All, I am new here and newly diagnosed with stage 4 Endo and Adenomyosis via laparoscopy &
hysteroscopy
in March. I am currently waiting for a referral to BSGE Centre and have been looking back at my discharge notes to better understand the extent of my Endo ahead of my appointment.
