So much pain 😢
I am seeing my consultant next thurs and I think he's doing a
hysteroscopy
. Although after googling this I don't think this really shows endometriosis but I don't know if he's looking for anything else.

Fertility after laparoscopy and hysteroscopy
Hi, been thinking about the next steps after my upcoming op, I've read that you are more fertile afterwards and that there have been a lot of successful pregnancies this way. Does anyone know if this is true? My consultant said we would be fine to try straight away but I guess this depends on what he

Hysteroscopy done
First stage all done. Not the most comfortable experience of my life as the neck of my womb sits really high. However can now start taking tablets to shrink the fibroids but consultant has said that as they are so large and so is my uterus I would be best with a hysterectomy. More waiting I guess .

First period after a hysteroscopy
I had a
hysteroscopy
two weeks ago, a polyp and some fibroids were removed and all seemed fine. over past couple of days I have definitely had my first post op period, began light but tonight is really heavy with big clots. i was told to expect my first period 4-6 wks after the op.

PCOS/suspected endo and infertility
Currently waiting for a laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
, four month waiting list apparently. So with the physical and emotional stress of TTC, my crappy Doctors, and pain; I am really struggling. I go through periods of mental exhaustion. And I was doing okay, and now it has all hit me again.

Waiting for the start of fibroid treatment
Waiting to have a
Hysteroscopy
and endometrial biopsy. If the results are all clear I can start taking Esmya to hopefully shrink my fibroids which are giving me the size of a 20 week pregnant stomach. Hopefully these will work so I don't have to have a hysterectomy.

Post op recovery
I had a laparoscopy a week ago where they removed a cyst, found some endometriosis and removed with helica treatment, unstuck part of my bowel, did a
hysteroscopy
and put in the mirena coil.

Lap & hysteroscopy booked and I'm a bit confused
He said that once I have the
hysteroscopy
he wants me to start IVF ASAP to give it the best chance of working but my next cycle wouldn't be due until a month after the op so how would this work?

Arnica tablets anyone taken them. 6 weeks post surgery
Hi there, It's been nearly six weeks since my laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
and am still sore. It's my tummy - I don't know if it's internal bruising after the op but it still feels so tender. Just wondered if anyone has used arnica tablets to reduce the soreness and if they work?

Hysteroscopy,Polypectomy and Mirena Insertion
On Tuesday morning I went in for
hysteroscopy
polypectomy and mirena insertion. This was a day before my period. I bled for a few hours after the surgery then it stopped. My period is a day late now. Is it because of the mirena coil? When will I have a normal period

post menopausal cramping and bleeding
Then sent for a
hysteroscopy
in another department on same day where they took a biopsy of my womb. They said there was some fresh blood inside my uterus. The lining of my womb is 6mm instead of 4mm. I started my periods at the age of ten.

What if they don't find anything?
What makes me think it might not be is that I have three children who were all conceived naturally without any issues (sorry if that is insensitive to those struggling xx) I am also having a
hysteroscopy
so they can check the inside of my womb and retrieve a lost coil which was meant to help but made

Aged 23 & today diagnosed with severe stage 4 endo...
So after 10 years of nagging doctors I finally had a laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
to determine whether I had endo. Turns out with all my nagging and persistence I was right.

Hysterscopy
Hello I am 55 and was sent for a
hysteroscopy
as I had a very light period after the allotted 12 month line. I had all the symptoms of a period, but the doctor thought it best to check it anyway. went yesterday... not very pleasant.

Day 23 after surgery
It has been over three weeks so not too longer ago since the laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
. I saw my GP yesterday who signed me off for another week and given me stronger painkillers. I honestly don't know what to do.

Up All Night!
Hi, I had a laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
almost 3 weeks ago and got diagnosed with aggressive, advanced endometriosis over my uterus, right fallopian tube and right ovary. For the last 5 nights I've been going to the toilet more than normal. Last night was a record 5 times!! I'm exhausted!

New Here. Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy needed
Hi, my first post here. I went to see the gynaecologist today as I have been suffering since the beginning of the year with very painful cramps and lack of periods. He seems to think my cervix has closed due to a leep procedure I had 5 years ago and my period blood is staying inside which may have led
