Diagnosed after laparoscopy, call for support and how to cope with work?
Any advice on talking with doctors about a
hysterectomy
? (I am 30yo) 2) Any tips on dealing with an employer and income protection insurance? I work for a large company yet get minimum support. The income protection provider decided I am not ill, so I don’t receive replacement income.

Iodine Contrast Medium for UAE with Graves
I am trying to decide on UAE vs
hysterectomy
and if it wasnt for my Graves I would be choosing UAE but I am hesitant due to graves and dont want to waste time going in the wrong direction.

Bowel obstruction after debulking surgery
I had complete
hysterectomy
and debulking surgery 3.5 weeks ago. Getting a barium enema tomorrow to find out more where obstruction is. This is so discouraging as I just feel like it’s 3 steps forward and 2 steps back.

When is surgery necessary?
If the problem is the cyst, is a
hysterectomy
really necessary? Isn't it a bit of an over reaction if I'm not having any other symptoms? If I have the coil fitted will that stop the endo getting any worse? Or will it get worse no matter what I do?

Endometriosis help!?
I’ve begged for a
hysterectomy
as I am 101% sure that’s what I want/need but as I’m 24 they won’t touch me. I don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t want to be on Prostap and I want my bleeding gone forever. I am due to speak with a specialist nurse on Friday about my bleeding.

Hi all, hope everyone is doing well 🤞 So I've finally got a date for my
hysterectomy
after 2years of waiting 🥳 now crapping myself 😬 any advice for the big day? And any good suggestion about what to take in with me 🤔 I've been told I'll have to stay in for at least 2 nights maybe more!

How to decide whether to have a hysterectomy
As a newly diagnosed person should a
hysterectomy
be a last resort for if everything else fails or is it really just inevitable for someone with stage 4? Many thanks,

Hello 👋
I had undiagnosed endometriosis for 17 years and finally had a
hysterectomy
in 2019 (aged 33). Since then, I’ve continued to experience severe pelvic pain, which GP’s have been unable to diagnose.

Pain post-hysterectomy
Hello, I'm 13 weeks post-
hysterectomy
and endo excision, which I opted for as all else failed. I had endo and adenomyosis- long story! I seemed to be doing really well, and now today I was awake very early due to pain and crazy bloating. I can barely sit up or walk, it's horrible.

Anybody opted for a hysterectomy, but had to choose between a good quality life, over having children?
Not only that, but do you get support if you have a
hysterectomy
, in terms of grieving process? It's such a big thing, when you don't have children. It's tearing me apart. But I have no life, at tbe moment. My body is crippled. Hope you are all well. Any advice please

Hi warriors, A friend of mine is an advocate for LDN and keeps going on about how much it will help me. I am obviously reluctant as I have tried hundreds of different things over my 30 years with endo and nothing has helped me. I am on alot of meds and I am just reluctant to come off all the drugs to

Test tomorrow - what about HRT?
I have progesterone, estrogen and testosterone cream as I had a
hysterectomy
a couple of years ago. Bit reluctant to stop it as it messes me up when I miss some but will do if it will affect my results in any way. Thank you.

So cross 😭😭
But it’s 14 months Iv been waiting for a surgery date for quite severe adhesions around my bowel loops, from my vagina sleeve (
hysterectomy
-ovaries left behind) to my bowel and a complex cyst on my left ovary growing onto my bowel.
