Bit of a Laugh for Today
One day about 5yrs after my Radical
Hysterectomy
& Radiotherapy I was having a CT Scan check-up. In those 5yrs I had been bullied by different Medical Professionals, shouted at, been at review apmts were the Doctor was looking at someone elses notes, been ignored, left in pain.

Lap V Lap Hysterectomy
Today I went to see an Endo specialist after an 18 month wait as he is supposed to be one of the best, instead getting to see one of his 'team', who just handed me two leaflets, one on recovery from Laproscopy and one on recovery from Lap

first lap - nothing found. Please help.
I was booked into for a CA-125 blood test (my mum had a tumour that had the potential to become cancerous; ovarian cancer, so she was given a full
hysterectomy
years back) my results came back fine. I was then referred to gynaecology.

Bowel endometriosis and lesions
I am on a waiting list for
hysterectomy
and bowel shave but its been a long wait and I worry how much damage this is causing me. Does anyone have experience of this surgery? At my consult over a year ago the MRI showed only a small lesion but the pain has got worse.

So many questions... hardly any answers 😕 Endemetriosis Stage 4 !
Is it not just delaying the Inevitable of having a full
hysterectomy
? Or is Pregnancy the CURE?

Prolapse after surgery
My doctor recommended a
hysterectomy
since a pessary did not work for me. I had my surgery in April 2023. On Mother's Day I was feeling pretty good and invited my son over to celebrate.

I'm currently waiting on my 3rd surgery for

is a hysterectomy the answer?
I have read so many times a
hysterectomy
won’t solve endo so I don’t want to go through a major operation for nothing.

Overweight with a high BMI
I have stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis with bowel and bladder adhesions and cyst's on both ovaries. My consultant is really good, however he has specified that I need to get my BMI down to 35 or below before I'd be considered for a full
hysterectomy
(I've already waited over three years for one)

Pending Hysterectomy Advice
I’m due to undergo surgery for a
hysterectomy
in December, and am now starting to feel incredibly anxious. Sorry for the essay, but, my story so far: I’m a 33 year old mum to a 5 year old (who was a struggle to conceive at the time).

Prostap sr and periods
I had a phone consultation with my gp earlier and he thinks I should have had full
hysterectomy
and does not think the bleeding is normal so has referred me on a 2 week wait back to gynae. I feel a bit stupid and like it's a bit not necessary, could my ovary be over riding the pill and prostap?

Movicol help (again!)
I have taken a sachet of Movicol every night for the past 7 years after a rectocele repair and
hysterectomy
. On top of the IBS I've suffered from for 30 years, the need to take Movicol is the bane of my life because it exacerbates the IBS symptoms.

Pelvis insufficiency fractures.
Which I had as i was diagnosed with Endometrial cancer,
hysterectomy
then several weeks later almost 5 weeks of RT, and I’m left with fractures. 7 weeks lying flat in bed and there. Was no change. I feel quite alone with these fractures as I know no one else with them.
