Heavy feeling after radical hysterectomy
I had a total
hysterectomy
four weeks ago and my vagina now feels heavy. Dragging feeling. I’m worried it has prolapsed. Or is it too soon to tell. Does recovery and scar tissue feel heavy? Should I be worried. My follow up appointment isn’t for another three weeks. Has my vagina fallen?

Mini pill
I’m looking to try the pill again as I’m worried about things getting worse and the other options of chemical menopause and full
hysterectomy
seem very drastic. (Needing bowel surgery scares me as my mum has a colostomy bag).

Question please?
They gave me a total
hysterectomy
a while back so now have no ovaries at all. They said I had endeomestris. I know I have polyps/fibroids/cysts on my kidneys. Is it a problem to take estrogen when you have these cysts on kidneys? Is it safe?

Get to the route cause
I went online and did a great deal of research and found that when you have a
hysterectomy
and have your ovaries removed your estrogen levels suddenly drop a great deal.

pros and cons of hysterectomy vs decapeptyl injections for fibroids
Hi- wondering if anyone else had to make a decision between continuing decapeptyl injections (simulate menopause to control fibroids) or having open
hysterectomy
? Been on the injections a year now.

Do women with endo still go through the menopause despite the high levels of oestrogen?? and medical negligence...
But I had a
hysterectomy
4 years ago, they removed my womb, cervix, tubes and one ovary. 7 months after the surgery they discovered a new endometrioma in the healthy ovary and now I wonder why I was never offered progestogen to prevent regrowth of endometriosis??

HRT patches
Taking estrogen patches - had a total
hysterectomy
- became even more ill with all sorts of symptoms that pointed to low estrogen. Patches are the solution, terrific, help in many ways, feel better than have for many years.

Newbie here, tests/symptoms suggest PA or AAG
. - Like the surgeon who told me that once I get a
hysterectomy
, endometriosis "wouldn't be a problem anymore." I replied with a link to the NIH.gov article describing the 4 main theories of endometriosis, only one of which is that it's caused by the uterus specifically.

Asking a question on behalf of my Mum with regards to a hysterectomy. Ladies who have had it what did you keep?
I was just wondering if anyone who has had a
hysterectomy
has any advice for her and also if they kept anything when they had it done and if so why? Many thanks in advance!

Stomach problems
I had my
hysterectomy
last July and then six sessions of chemo which finished last November. Since February this year I have been taking Niraparib and not been to bad. However over the last couple of months I have had stomach pain which has been intermittent but seems to be more frequent recently.

Clothing for endo
I had a
hysterectomy
back in March and because I have endo on my bowel, I’m still suffering so much with my stomach, including really bad bloating 😔 my job involves me standing on my feet all day and I’m struggling to even find comfortable smart trousers with elasticated waists.
