Clothing for endo

I had a hysterectomy back in March and because I have endo on my bowel, I’m still suffering so much with my stomach, including really bad bloating 😔 my job involves me standing on my feet all day and I’m struggling to even find comfortable smart trousers with elasticated waists. I’m hoping just by changing this may make me feel a bit better. Can anyone recommend or suggest where I can get some please?

Hi there, I’ve gotten some really good elasticated waist trousers from Tescos of all places! They usually do quite nice smartish ones, and I sometimes go up a size to accommodate big bloat days. I work in the NHS so also need to be able to move around freely and be on my feet, but still look professional. On really uncomfortable days though, I usually just wear a dress.
