Has anyone had similar post
hysterectomy
? And can anyone offer any hope that things may improve, or willing to share their story please?

Advised to have hysterectomy (stage 4 DIE endo) had hormone treatment instead?
Also did your endo remain 'stable' or did you end up having the
hysterectomy
anyway? Thank you so much for taking the time to read xxx

Levothyroxine V Progesterone/Estrogen dominance?
I always assumed I didn’t need progesterone as I’ve had a
hysterectomy
. However, I recently discovered the key role that progesterone plays in thyroid health.

zoladex
Latest treatment for me is that I’ve been put on zoladex with the view to a full
hysterectomy
in 6 months time. I’m worried about the fast onset of menopause. Any advice? Many Thanks 😊

Zalkya and mood
I’m stage 4, avoiding Prostap but listed for
hysterectomy
. I’m on Zalkya but the thing I feared most is happening. The depression. Anyone taking it and experienced the same: does it get better? Thanks

Feeling nervous
Hi I'm Kate, I have recently been diagnosed with OC following non urgent
hysterectomy
for ovarian cyst and endometriosis which was thought to be non suspicious. It is stage 1c and CT was normal so that's reassuring. I have appointment today with gynae to discuss further surgery.

Endo and oestrogen and risk for blood clots
It was discovered during my
hysterectomy
in 2019. I developed a PE 6 days after surgery and I am now on blood thinners for life. I have been suffering with horrible brain fog, difficulty concentrating and remembering. I get confused because I don't remember things sharply.

Does all this sound that I’d need a
hysterectomy
? I’m not actually in any mega pain even though it sounds like my insides are a right mess, but im worried im gonna end up with a bowel problems if I leave things. Has anyone else got similar diagnosis but wasn’t in much pain?

Stable Angina or Microvascular? Should I ask for further tests?
I did however have to have a
hysterectomy
a few years ago and have gone through the menopause (or could still be going through it, who knows - I'm on HRT).

Help with blood test results please
I have been on HRT for a year and recently had a
hysterectomy
. Can these affect thyroid? Or do we need less thyroxine as we get older? Can I reduce my antibodies somehow? I’m just stabbing in the dark, that’s why I’ve come here. Many thanks

Anyway, one shock diagnosis and now a full robotic
hysterectomy
later, here I am, starting 6 cycles of Carboplatin on Nov 10th.

New to this - need advice
Have been told full
hysterectomy
, ablation or mirena coil. Mirena caused 12 weeks constant bleeding last time and was removed so don’t want it again. New diagnosis of possible endometriosis but long wait for referral.

Zoladex Injections
I’m waiting on a total
hysterectomy
due to endo, fibroids and PID. I have seen a consultant on the NHS and also private to speed things up. Whilst I am waiting my private consultant wants me to have Zoladex injections. How have you all found this? Xx

Ovarian Remnant Syndrome
There can be many causes of pain after a
hysterectomy
/BSO but suspicion should be raised if cyclical symptoms continue which might indicate that there is still some functioning ovarian tissue remaining.
