No endo found
Was started on Zoladex for 6 months and added to the list for a total
hysterectomy
. Fast forward to yesterday, I couldn’t wait anymore on the nhs, I paid to have a private
hysterectomy
. The consultant found no endometriosis and said everything looked healthy!

New Consultant-Different Plan
At most recent appt said that he doesn’t believe that my symptoms are related to thyroid and offered to try me on HRT (this has tried and failed before and led to me being on a cancer pathway and eventual
hysterectomy
(fortunately not cancer although huge benign fibroids).

Operations and GMC
Hi I’ve had a complaint in with GMC for a long time, it was about not having the
hysterectomy
with colorectal involvement which meant I had to have a further op for bowel adhesions as they were left.

Add back hrt with Zoladex
The consultant (who’s booked me for a
hysterectomy
and endo excision) gave me Evoril Conti - 2 patches in and I’ve got stomach cramp, pelvic pain, headache. Is this me overthinking? Psychosomatic somehow? My op is next month, after another Zoladex implant.

Fibroids - sick of bleeding constantly
The ideal solution for me would be a
hysterectomy
with ovaries in (i’m 42) because my womb has caused me nothing but pain and inconvenience my entire life.

So at the beginning of this year I had a full
hysterectomy
and when I woke up I again had really low blood pressure and struggling to breath . This time though I also had heart pain and pain in my upper back . A doctor was ment to see me when I woke up but none came .

Going Private
I went for
hysterectomy
in September but the endometriosis lesions have fused my cervix to my bowel and possibly left ovary. I am due to go on zoladex on 29th December. I guess I am after a second opinion. I want to know if it's possible to do the surgery with the right team.

Hysterectomy
I wanted to ask for advice from any of you that have had, or have considered having, a
hysterectomy
for Endo. I am at the stage where we are considering this as my next move but there seems to be a lot of conflicting information out there. I am 35. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Help! Consultant appt brought forward....
Doc mentioned
hysterectomy
which freaked me out. Mostly because it seemed so final and thought I hoped I would have a few more years for menopause (I'm 43). Had IVF and miscarriages....no energy to carry on trying.

Adenomyosis diagnosis journey
I took the
hysterectomy
. After 21 years of pain and agony and being told to see mental health professionals, I was told that I wasn't insane. That there was a reason for it all.

post hysterectomy issues?
I’ve just had a total
hysterectomy
because I had cancer. The surgeons assistant said there was a LOT of endometriosis stuck to everything. They had never diagnosed this (or indeed a second completely different cancerous tumour on my ovary) so now I’m thinking… what about the endometriosis?

Does tranexamic acid work?
I had the mirena, and I had 2 rounds of the depo injection and I'm still bleeding so so bad. 2 periods a month now on average, so I'm finally on the list for a
hysterectomy
. Doctor has now put me on tranexamic acid in the hope that it will help.

Any advice regarding hemorrhaging
I went for a
hysterectomy
on 5th September due to large fibroids and flooding. When they got in they found endometriosis scar lesions have attached my cervix to my bowel and left ovary. They didn't touch it and I was offered Zoladex instead which I declined as the side effects put me off.
