Has adding Hydrocortisone tablets for adrenal fatigue when on levy/ndt for hypothyroid to increase energy levels helped?
I have been on ndt for hypothyroid approx a year and half (undiagnosed for 10 years)my energy levels, cognitive abilities and several symptoms improved. However, my energy levels did not increase as much as expected. Defintitley have adrenal fatigue issues, probably pre-existing hypothyroid issues,

New Lupus Sufferer
Hi I have just been diagnosed with DLE lupus. I have horrible red scars, one on top of my forehead and three on side of my face. I hate them. Lucky I can cover them up and use a brilliant natural concealer called Jane Iredale. I have been using Elocon cream for a week now but haven't noticed much

Itchy forehead, red and looks like some kind of rash
I have an itchy forehead with a rash. Been told it was due to stress. I was given hydrocortisone and it helped clear it up. As soon as I stopped using it the rash came back. I then went doctors again. Saw a different doctor told it was just dry skin. I've been using e45 which does help but it hasn't

Adrenal Supps Vs Hydrocortisone (HC)
Can anybody clarify this? I read that adrenal supplements feed the adrenals whereas HC actually swithces them off and gives the adrenals a rest. When the body rests it can go into a state of repair and recovery. Therefore I would think that HC would improve the health of adrenals at a faster rate. I

Skin condition for 9 years! Please help!
I had itchy skin all over my body since young. Anti itch cream can only last for 5mins and my skin will start itching again. But at 12 yr old, after a few weeks of scratching my legs, I noticed one day that my legs developed small little red spots that doesn't go away. Few are raised. And worse is, they
