Insect bite, help identifying please :)
Can I have your opinions on this bite please? I have zero confidence in the GP who sent me away with hydrocortisone as he "didn't know" what it was. It grew to about the size of my hand.

~Good morning to you all from NZ~ Would be keen to hear from those who may have noted from their PMR journey with prx'd steroid meds if you may have been aware of short term memory loss? I ask in light of my now 18+ month PMR journey and hydrocortisone therapy as pred initially cause erosions in gut

Rash on hands. And skin peeling
Rash on hands which has now resulted in my skin peeling off. I was tested 6 months ago for connective tissue and was told it was mild?? I'm due for another test this month. Could my skin peeling be connected to this.. My GP gave me steroid cream a month ago but has had no effect.

Pituitary hypothyroidism
Dear all I'm sorry, I'm not even sure if this is correct, however asking on behalf of a friend. His pituitary was badly damaged and consequently his thyroid is out of whack. He has also had cancer and other issues, including an inability to produce FSH and Testosterone and human growth hormone. Recently

Should diabetics take special precautions to avoid Dengue ?
With low immunity and perhaps low platelet count Dengue may prove fatal in diabetics.

Lichen sclerosus
Hi I'm 58 year old woman with genital lichen sclerosus. I've had it for about 15 years. I use dermovate steroid cream which keeps it at bay. The unfortunate out come of all this is that the skin of my genital area has become so fragile and thin that sex is now out of the question as I tear and bleed

Hello everyone. I am a 17 yr old girl (new to this!) and I've been struggling with eczema and, more predominately psoriasis for a lot of my life. craniopharyngioma - advice needed.
Hi everyone. I'm desperate for some advice. I'm a 36 year old woman who had a craniopharngioma (brain tumour) as a child. The tumour caused severe damage to my optic nerves and pituitary gland, meaning I don't naturally produce most, if not all hormones that are released from there. I currently take:
