Ive been suffering from bad skin on my face, arms and legs.
I've been to the doctor and I have been given steroid cream for it. But it only sorts the symptoms for a while and it comes back. I've tried all types of moisturiser and coconut oil. I have a line on my hand and I was wondering if it still looks like eczema.
Thank you!

Sounds like eczema.......corticosteroids and emollients are the standard recognised treatments. You could ask your GP to check for signs of infection as that will make itching worse but might also mean you are offered antihistamine which is now being recognised as another useful option.
Thank you. I have been taking antihistamine but maybe some stronger ones would be helpful! Do you or any one have any suggestions for really good moisturisers?
They are a bit trial and error.... I am now using Doublebase gel which is long lasting, but others include Dermol, Diprobase, Aveeno, E45 and formulations by Boots. There are also some urea-based creams but I found they made my skin worse! Both Doublebase and Dermol are made by Dermal Laboratories.
Good luck with finding one that suits your skin.
How about trying avocado oil? High in what is known as the "good fatty acids" so really does moisture the skin. You can buy it at a supermarket.
