zoledronic acid infusion
I will shortly be having zoledronic acid, is there anything I need to do beforehand, for my severe osteoporosis.

Hi. I had a mild heart attack in October 2021, one stent fitted. Follow up echocardiogram ecg in April 2022, all good, told no further appointments unless there's any problems. I am currently on Candesartan, Bisoprolol, Omeprazole, Aspirin and Rosuvastatin. No one has reviewed this since October 2022

8 embryos after almost losing hope
I’ve been debating whether to post but wanted to provide hope to those who have struggled to produce viable embryos. We’ve attempted IVF twice and weren’t able to reach blast, even resulting in tri-zygote. The third time, we had 15 mature eggs and 13 fertilised. All reached blast and we were able to

Hormonal Acne - Something finally worked for me!
Hi everyone! I'll try keep this as short as possible. I suffered from acne pretty badly around the age of 11 for a few years, took Roaccutane, it cleared up, medication did it's job. Fast forward to now, I'm 30 ish, lovely basic good quality skincare, no smoking, alcohol, good diet (or so I thought

I have been diagnosed with severe osteoporosis caused by my testosterone has not recovered since finishing my treatment for prostate cancer in 2016,what's the point in me having zoledronic acid infusion, because I will still have no testosterone.

Started Triplet Therapy this week, new doc, new (better) treatment plan!
Started triplet therapy this week with first dose of NUBEQA on Wednesday and Docetaxel yesterday afternoon at City of Hope in Duarte, CA. "Fired" my local general oncologist whose plan was Xtandi, radiation, and Xgeva for me. She was against chemo in my case since the mets weren’t in organs. Contrast

Besremi Adverse Effect??
I may opt for another round of

acid
injections into the knee. I do have significant arthritis in both knees related to prior injuries/surgeries. Getting a periodic "lube job" on my knees is already a part of my ongoing care plan.

Sulphoraphane in canola / rapeseed oil?
Now when I see the beautiful yellow rapeseed fields, I wonder if this cruciferous plant, like broccoli, kale and Brussels sprouts, also contains as much sulphoraphane, especially in the concentrated form when cold pressed (bio) oil is made from it. Canola / rapeseed oil would have the lowest percentage
