Alternative Therapy.
A study was done a few years ago and it was found that Acupuncture and
Homeopathy
did not rate high for nervous problems. (The practitioners would disagree). For purely physical illness people usually came as a last resort having been to doctors and had got nowhere.

Could this be an underactive thyroid?
Hello, I am new to this board and am hoping you may be able to shed some light on this. Over the last year or so I have been feeling very tired even after 10 hours sleep, itchy dry skin, always cold, feeling dizzy, nausea, headaches, forgetful, sore throat, and permanent cold like symptoms. I went

Is there light at the end of the tunnel? I DO believe there is.
This is the first time I have ever written about my IBS but having stumbled over this site this morning I already feel better. The worst thing about ibs is that feeling that no body knows what you are going through. My symptoms started about 6 months ago, feeling sick all the time, terrible stomach

IBS - Almost one year on....
My name is Amy and I am 27 years old. This is my first ever blog post and whilst I may not be able to offer any useful advice I wanted to share my story. My family have lived through this experience with me and been incredibly patient and supportive but I think it would be good for me to talk to people

how to deal with a cold
from a handy website Adults average two to four colds a year, and the typical upper respiratory infection takes up to 10 days to get over. But that first sniffle, throat tickle, or cough doesn’t have to be all doom and gloom. ....there are other cold-fighting heroes out there, too. 1. Pop zinc

Would you say endometriosis is an auto-immune disease and if so is there anything that can be done to treat this through medication or diet?
Hi, I was just wondering if any of you have been told that endo is an auto-immune disease and if so can this be treated through either medication,
homeopathy
or diet?

Hi everybody. I hope you are all keeping warm. My hubby has IPF x 3 years and wondered of anyone had used serrapeptase.
He is also using
homeopathy
with the "tree of life" and i really believe it is helping him. His sats are now 95%+ whereas they used to be low 90's. He is constantly clearing his throat of phlegm and his nose. He is using meds from his GP but any ideas to help would be appreciated.

Is there anybody out there find homeopathic remedies helpful?
I'm still waiting for someone to answer me, give me some advice if they are using homeopathic remedies...eg. side affects, just not worth the money..etc. I am asking again cuz every med makes me nervous especially with my IBS....there's got to be someone out there that is doing it or trying it. Thanks
