Zincum Metallicum
I’m not a believer in
homeopathy
, but a friend passed along this link, touting it for RLS and other neuropathic issues. https://www.drhomeo.com/medicine/zincum-metallicum-homeopathic-medicine-its-use-indications-and-dosage/ Has anyone heard of this or tried it?

Trying something else
The 3rd step would be
homeopathy
, which he says is curative. The whole process could cost a few hundred a month and hopefully take less than a year. Trying to make an appointment to discuss with my dr. So, anyone have any experience, thoughts on this other than to be careful? Thanks.

Diagnosis Anterior Cutaneous Nerve entrapment syndrome?
I've tried 7 weeks of accupuncture, 2x 2 month rounds of
homeopathy
, 10 weeks of capsaicin cream, TENS, heat packs, cool packs, and now am taking paracetamol, ibruprofen and gabapentin. None of these seem to work that well.

Thuja occidentalis - homeopathy for ovarian mass
Conclusion: This case series suggests that individualized
homeopathy
, and notably Thuja, can be useful in the treatment of pathological ovarian masses.

In the past, I tried everything else, although I didn’t give
homeopathy
much more than a month or so. I now take Utrogestan, which a locum gp recommended a couple of years ago. I supplement it with wellsprings progesterone cream in the summer, but now I’m using it in the winter.

I GAVE UP.
I will try and be short about my story. It is a snapshot of events whilst I was on Levothyroxine for more or less 25 yrs. I never felt well and was never referred to an endocrinologist. I gained weight, my hair thinned. I had problems not only with my voice, but swallowing food. I had brain fog, acute

changes for the better or worse?
I’ve been on meds for 30+ years, some help for a while, other not so much. I am seriously considering stopping all and going all natural and homeopathic. It kinda scares me but I’m willing to try anything at this point. Has anyone done this? Good results…bad…worth trying? I know everyone’s body is different

The hidden dangers ... the many routes to the IC ... beware of the cheese ... 🧀
It's the early hours of day 11 of my trip to Switzerland with my father. Ironically I can't sleep, so got up for a hot drink and a banana (after reading IP's chat post this week). I know screen time is not the answer, but I suspect I'm done for the night anyway. It's been an eventful week leading to
