You might find thousands of ayurvedic/unani/siddha/homeopathy medication but non will be effective. the only medication effective is ART that too followed with good adherence and a discipline life

avsk, I didn't question about the ability of God but asked about the alternative medicines.

take 7-8 leaves of tulsi+ aloe vera juise(if you have not cold problem) in early morning.

Guduchi tablet (two tablets with 12 hours duration) or fresh guduchi leaves..

(If you are taking ART it will also helpful for adherence in future.)

4-5 almonds daily.
