Second head injury... Possible concussion symptoms again?
I stupidly banged my head on my forehead when I bent down to put some food in my cat's bowl on Tues. It wasn't a huge bump but it has given me a head he since and I feel anxious about post concussion syndrome since last year's head injury and breakdown. 😖 How could I be so silly? The nurse I saw yesterday

Info on the Vest?
Hi all, I just saw an old post that mentioned something called "the Vest" which help clears mucus from the lungs. Has anyone tried this product? My dad is having worse mucus and choking. I asked the neurologist about Atropine drops but he says they will cause more disorientation and wouldn't prescribe

New, 5 year old son still in coma nearly 3 months after freak accident
Hi I'm new, my name is Andy and a single dad of 3 sons. Identical twins aged 7 and a singleton aged 5. In 3 day time, it will be 3 months since my youngest son Zac suffered brain injuries in a freak accident at a swimming pool and is still in a coma on a children's ward. From what I remember Zac was

Dawns Post
I have just read Dawns very sad news and all the replies that have been sent to her and her family. To be facing having to leave her teenage daughters and husband Is so cruel, my heart goes out to her and her family. I am in the same situation, but I am a lot older than Dawn (81 ) and feel so guilty

Feeling broken hearted
Today has been a bad day. We have had a couple of weeks of being stable but today I feel my world change again for the worse and I have lost another bit of her . Mum will not listen to me when I try to help her and instruct/tell her so she will not fall or hurt herself. She is again asking how and where

I am in my 60's and do hope some of you will be able to answer my question please. Will EX Lax maximum strength always work? I ate a piece of fish from Captain D's yesterday and a little of a bake potato and a small amount of salad. I do suffer from IBS too! I woke up last night with my stomach feeling

Concussion or more serious head injury? Please help!
Hi, this is a continuation and update since my last post about what I feel was an undiagnosed head injury that occurred in June of this year. Long story short, I had a car crash. Immediately afterwards, I had no severe bruising or broken limbs, no blacking out, and no retrograde or anterograde amnesia

AFTER A FALL!
Hermes123. It is bad enough having all these arthritis problems, then to go out last Sunday for a bit of R&R. visiting our local National Trust gardens to take photos of the trees changing colour. My grown up son was taking a photo across a lake, I was on the opposite side of the footpath so people could

Mycophenolate intolerant
I posted a couple of days ago wondering if some of my recent symptoms were the result of a reaction to mycophenolate. I've just come back from seeing my respirology consultant and thought I would share the outcome: The history is that I was started on Myfenax (500mg daily) about 3 weeks ago. Four days
