Well there we were driving down to collect our caravan for a nice weekend away to celebrate my 60th ( thank god I made it). I suddenly got some stomach pains which is unusual but thought it will pass when my Stoma literally exploded!! The bag was forced off and there was a terrible smell and for those

emotionally dependant to abandonment- what should i do?
I DON'T know why this keeps happening. it all started last year, each time i'd meet a new guy I'd get super attached and dependant super easily, make them happy, flatter them and suck up to them as much as possible and start heavily emotionally relying on them. then when it gets too much, when it gets

Sunday Blues
I've read some of the earlier posts on this topic, but still felt the need to speak. I'm caring for Steve (64) who is about 6 years into a very slow progressing PSP. In the last 3-4 months he has been increasingly saying mean things to me. I notice it most when we've had company or are visiting family

Catheter vs Sub-Pubic!
My B’s Catheter is a constant cause for worry for me, so I’m almost OC in inspecting Ts catheter (placement, hygiene etc) even with the carers around. We are seeing the urologist next Tuesday and discuss other options, sub pubic have been suggested several times as less traumatic and less prone to

My anxiety is taking over!!!
I fell asleep very late last night. Around 2 AM. It’s 5:30 now and I have to be up at 6. I woke up around 5 AM feeling shaken and nervous due to the fact my boyfriend and I were talking about hard emotional stuff...and I told him my fears of going crazy. I told him my fear that I have schizophrenia,

For Cas and BLF friends 🧚♀️🌈
Let’s enjoy a day with a view 🌷💕 Those pottery rabbits are shiny little guards!!😃 Aria sits behind them at night thinking they are in her way I think. The lawn in front of the block of flats is beautiful! Makes me think Wimbledon isn’t so far ahead. I am glad I have a ground floor flat so I can

First day of Champix review
Started Champix yesterday so now I'm on day two, had about 4 - 5 weird dreams last night which I didnt expect to have since I've only just started champix, one dream was scary but I dont remember it now, another had really revved up my anger and felt my emotions were all over the place between switching

Tracheostomy Today
Well after consultation I feel the best option is to move forward so we spoke with his father to allow for Tony to get his tracheostomy and peg. I’m so very nervous and hope everything goes well. I just want what is best I’m just very scared and nervous. Today is day 11 of coma and the movements he made

Hello, I am almost done week 3 on champix and 15 days smoke free. I do eat every time before I take the pill. However still get sick like I drank a bottle of vodka the night before. Head hurts, feel like throwing up, it’s horrible. I am eating none stop. Which is ok. I am not sure how long I can take

One year on
So Facebook has reminded me that this time last year I was lying on a hospital trolley shivering uncontrollably with fear for the ablation that I was about to have done. I'm so thankful that I didn't walk away like I wanted to. It's been a bumpy year with other medical issues and stress at work and at

Brain tumor worries...again
I have a lot of Deja Vu moments when I am stressed out. When I get stressed I get weird Deja Vu moments or even just in life I get them even if I am not stressed. They scare me because I read that deja vu could be a sign of epilepsy as well as brain cancer. I tend to zone out sometimes, not like when
