New to this Forum and great information . I am Type 2 and trying LCHF diet - As a Gujju Vegetarian - No Eggs Chicken , Fish or Meat! I wonder if any one has any knowledge of best cheese for Type 2? I normally have Mature Cheddar with my Salads - Is Cheese a Good source of Fat for Diabetics? Are Camembert

How do vegetarian Gujarati's adjust for LCFH?
I am 57 and have Type 2 since 2001. Fasting Blood Sugar is between 5-6.2 and last HBA1c 6.7 Weight 69kgm Height 1.57m BM1 28 - Need to Lose 9kg! I am Type 2 Diabetic and am looking at testing LCFH. Propranolol
My blood pressure is low.. I feel so dizzy it's unreal!, I take propranolol that's used for people with high blood pressure but my blood pressure is normal so could it make it drop more if u get what i mean. I'm on propranolol for my palpatiions.. Is anyone on this medication?
