Could I have your help again please. After finding this website 2 months ago, i realized that statins can cause muscle damage and memory loss ( what my Mom has ) After talking to the doctor, i asked him if my Mom could stop Lipitor, she is still on Ezetrol, been on both for 30 years, and after six

Hi all. Today i have been discharged from the hospital as i refuse to take statins. I was blatantly told that their job is to prescribe medication and if i refuse to take it, they will refer me back to my gp who can monitor my cholesterol via blood tests. Fair enough but before they completely remove

Ramipril?
Does anyone know if Ramipril causes further elevated liver enzymes? I was prescribed this medication by my nephrologist to help with the protein in my urine, however since I had slightly elevated enzymes presented in my last CCB I want to be extra careful in what I put in my body.

I know you might feel a bit hopeless after the last blog where I explored why we are all so confused about what to eat. The bottom line: we are confused because we hear conflicting scientific reports, our government

Mr J A. I have had a ct scan with contrast dye of my abdomen. Been now called for an endoscope procedure. Previous endoscope, 18 months ago clear but told I had compensated cirrhosis. What might they now be looking for?
