Fat soluble vitamins
I have read that the more advanced cases of PBC have more problems with fat soluble absorption. I haven't been diagnosed yet but I have been living with low vitamin absorption for probably 20 years. The sublingual d vitamin (you just put the drops on the tongue.) is a great way to get vitamin d in winter

I’m day8p5dt took a test this morning and it’s negative. A day early than my test day. Feel sad and down. I have a thin endometrium which only gets to 6.5mm . One embryo left and wondering what options would be to thicken endometrium. Alt ready on pentoxifylline, vitamin E and Larginine.

Ibrance and hair ideas
Hi ladies, Hope you're feeling fine with brighter longer days coming. I've read several post about hair loss and hair thinning with Ibrance. I must say I loose a lot of hair every day and huge quantities when I wash it. I still have some hair but it really looks sad. I tie it back to forget about it

Parathyroid Adenoma
Does anyone here have any experience with this? During an ultrasound of my thyroid an incidental finding of a small lesion was found which the doc says suggests parathyroid adenoma. My calcium levels were slightly low and then normal on my recent bloods.

Life after Hepatitis B
I am a 37 yrs old man, I had Hepatitis B at an age of 20 some 17 years ago. It was cured then and since then I have never had health problems related to liver. Should I be worried about future liver problems? What can I do to prevent these.

First Anniversary and is vitamin E good for hot flashes?
Happy Cinco de Mayo. Basically my first anniversary with PCa and had another 3 month Eligard shot today. PSA still <.1 and only major complaints beside fatigue and brain fog are hot flashes. The MO and I agree that less meds are better and he said that vitamin E in doses less than 800 mg may help

PCa and macular degeneration
I suspect I'm not the only one here with Stage 4 PCa and beginning age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Most ophthalmologists recommend that folks with AMD take the AREDS2 supplements, which were shown in NIH trials to slow AMD progression in some cases. FYI, the AREDS2 formula is: 500 mg vitamin

Why do I have rib pain?
Hello all. Since I had my liver biopsy at the end of march this year I have been getting pains around the liver area (ribs) and sometimes it travels all the way round my back from right to left and wondered if this is normal so long after having my biopsy and will it go or have I got this for life now

What (may have) helped me conceive?
Hi all, I'm now pregnant (cant believe im writing that!) And I wanted to share some of the things I did and supplements I took whilst TTC. Of course, I can't say whether any of these actually worked or helped but I know that when I was TTC I really appreciated hearing from others what they were doing

Best wishes to Mamapiggie and swallowing question
Sorry to learn of your tumble Mamapiggie and sending all good wishes! Have you thought of applying vitamin E to speed healing? We are wondering if anyone has experienced a really rapid (seems like an almost total) shutdown of the swallowing reflex, with lots of thick phlegm, much difficulty even with
