Ibrance and hair ideas

Hi ladies,

Hope you're feeling fine with brighter longer days coming.

I've read several post about hair loss and hair thinning with Ibrance.

I must say I loose a lot of hair every day and huge quantities when I wash it.

I still have some hair but it really looks sad. I tie it back to forget about it in a minuscule ponytail.

Yet, I take several supplements and would like to have your advice/suggestions/ideas.

- spironolactone 25 mg 5 days/7 - it's used for high blood preasure and also for loss of hair linked to too much testosterone. My onc said I could use it. It interfere with Male hormones.

I had used it successfully after my daughter's birth. I started in January and it takes around 3 to 6 months to be effective. So I'll keep you updated.

- vitamin E 500mg. Started 10 days ago. Great for dry skin. We'll see.

- forcapcyl: French hair/nail supplements recommended by onc. Started 10 days ago. Takes about a month to 3 months to start being effective. Onc said it works in 50% cases.

My big question. Do any of you under Ibrance have a effective treatment to fight this hair loss/ thinning ?

Have a nice day

Lucie xxx
