Hello lovelies

Does anyone take vitamin E for improved endometrial thickness and if so, what brand do you take and how much per day?

Lots of luck and love xx

Thank you for your reply ☺️ Did your clinic recommend taking vitamin E or did you start taking them without advice? Xx

My clinic added it to my FET protocol. Apparently it's good for stims too as it's an antioxidant xx

Hi Spates. Some clinics do recommend taking Vitamin E, so check with yours to see whether you do need to include it in your medication. Good luck! Diane

I take it all the way through from downreg, through stims, to OTD. I take a break for 3 days before EC because it increases bleeding risk. I take 200IU a day during downreg, 400IU a day (split 2 x 200IU) during stims up to transfer, but this round I am going to try 600IU a day during TWW because a study showed 900IU a day increases pregnancy rates, but with the luteal bleeding problems I have I can't bring myself to take such a high dose!!

I mostly use H&B own brand but have also used Solgar. I don't think there is a difference between brands as it is pretty basic, but there are some formulations that are only alpha tocopherol, whereas some are mixed tocopherols. Sadly the research papers never specify which they use but there are some additional benefits to the mixed form so I use that one.

xx
