SULFUR METABOLISM
I am starting a thread where I will post my finding about the sulfur metabolism and it’s role in Parksinson’s. I do believe this is central and through cross referencing between research as well as potential treatments, I will try to provide informative links. It’s less for me a discussion but rather

sulfur in dopamine agonists
I tried dopamine agonists: Pramipexole and Rotigotine. Both give me stomach problems. My neurologist says they are the lightest and that the others on the market have more side effects. It is true? I have seen the chemical formulas of these drugs: C19H25NOS and C10H17N3S both contain S (sulphur). While

A good start to the running month
Last month I did one single run so this month I have vowed to do better. I had a horrible cough/cold for the last week and finally felt OK yesterday, but my husband said to give it another day to make sure I was better. I woke up at 6.45 this morning, early for me but I'm still on European time I think

Sulphur
Hi, I have been diagnosed with ibs, currently going through tests to check for other things also but has anyone ever experienced sulphur farts? It's becoming rather embarrassing now and wondered if anyone knows how to prevent them or know why it might be happening?

Info on low histamine chicken and fish for trip to Edinburgh.
Good evening all. Bit of background: I have MCAS, autoimmune thyroid disease ( Hashimotos), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. As I have to be on an extremely restrictive diet due to allergic and intolerance type reactions, I can only eat certain foods ( low histamine, gluten free, corn free

In afib day after ablation
I just had a cryo ablation 4 days ago. I woke up from the procedure in afib. I went back in rhythm but the next day afib started again and continued for 3 days. Is this normal or did it not work? I have also been having sulfur burps and diarrhea. I’m 36years old… every dr I’ve seen has never seen afib

Weekly chat May 16-22
Hi running buddies! I am up for the weekly chat and I realized I don’t have a whole lot that's very exciting to share. Just some quiet solo training has been the last few weeks for me. I do have a 20k trail race in a couple of weeks at Sulphur Springs, but it does not feel pressured at all. I‘m sure

CT Results are In
Looking for your wisdom, good people. What does “Spleen: Small splenule” mean? I read about the need for a sulfur colloid scan to determine if it’s cancer. Nothing else to note on the CT scan. PSA is 5.12, up from 4.32 on 4/8, up from 1.6 on 12/10. Bone scan shows no evidence of metastasis. Thank You
