I tried dopamine agonists: Pramipexole and Rotigotine. Both give me stomach problems. My neurologist says they are the lightest and that the others on the market have more side effects. It is true?
I have seen the chemical formulas of these drugs: C19H25NOS and C10H17N3S both contain S (sulphur). While ropinirole, which I haven't tried, doesn't have C16H24N2O.
Do you think it's possible that I'm intolerant to sulfur and maybe ropinirole doesn't cause me any side effects?
Does someone have the same problems?

Dopamine agonists are best reserved for when levodopa is no longer effective, due to the potential for severe adverse effects.
At one time it was thought that levodopa became ineffective with use, but that has been disproven. If you are just starting to use medication your doctor should be prescribing a levodopa medication.
I have been taking pramipexole 1.5 mg ER twice a day for last five years and have no problem.. I take tablets of vit B1,B6 and B12 early in the morning to combat stomach problems. My neurologist suggested to take syndopa and pramirol with lime water or with juice for better absorption of medicine and avoid stomach problems
