Another irrational belief about my heart rate
Its do with my heart rate again and it going up and up til I get a
heart
attack is my number 1
health
anxiety fear. And I've developed a lot of irrational beliefs on how it could do that, particularly this one.

Can medication be reduced after a certain time with no problems?
In 2012 I had a heart attack which resulted in the insertion of a stent, fortunately prompt treatment meant there was no major damage to my heart, although I started getting AF attacks in 2016. In 2017 I started taking 100mg of Flecainide and this was successful in stopping my AF attacks. In 2020 I

Should I switch from Riveroxaban to Apixaban?
I'm a 64 yr old male and have paroxysmal AF. 3 years ago my cardiologist put me on Riveroxaban as well as Flecainide.I have not had any issues with Riveroxaban but seeing all the comments,I was wondering whether I should switch to Apixaban given that it is better for gastric bleeding.

Bloods a month after taking carbimazole.
I've now had my bloods re tested a month after dr put me on 10mgs of carbimazole . Bloods originally TSH 0.01 now 53.40 (0.27-4.2) T4 34.3 now 8.2(12-22) T3 4.1(3.1-6.8) didn't retest but private test 2 weeks ago was 3 2 so presumably it may be abit lower B12 265 now 255(179-2000) Folate 3 now >20(3.9

Why is it so hard to get started again?
I am so sad to think the energy I expended trying to force my way past my (as of that time) unidentified mental
health
issues,
heart
ache and years of my life I spent at the few jobs will amount to nothing as I might have to start from ground zero.

Pregnancy pain relief
Wondering if anyone has any tips for pain relief while pregnant? update after fourth ablation
Appointment with EP yesterday gave the thumbs up to cut out the flecainide. Not needed as have not had any blips since a quick reset (cardioversion) in April after the fourth ablation in March. Besides, the flecainide is causing wide qrs so it’s becoming more problematic than helping. Anyone had problems
