Struggling with mental health regarding my heart condition
Hiya I am 38 and was diagnosed with heart failure last year, I have young kids and although I feel generally well, I am really struggling with it and find it really hard not to dwell on it. They have told me it is severe as function is at 30% even though I feel well and they are now considering ablation

Chest Pain, fear of heart attack.
Hi, I’m 20 year old man. I’ve suffered with anxiety a while but like don’t want to blow this off to it but it could be. So I had this sudden crushing chest pain 2 days ago, went into instant panic attack. Sat down with my mum and could talk and walk around but was fearing I was having a heart attack.

CHD
My Mum died 11 days ago from CHD, My Dad had a triple heart bypass, 6 and half years ago. And sadly died 8 weeks later, CHD was one of the cause. What are the chances of me developing this?

Is the BMI REALLY a good indicator of good health? Many are now questioning…. WARNING….could be controversial but please hear me out.
Just like calorie counting is the myth of diets, cholesterol levels and salt the myths of

Numbness around chest area
I had a heart bypass back in October and since my scar has healed I tend to find either side of it goes numb to the touch around the chest area, is this normal? Also, I have had absolutely no after care service from either hospital or my GP since my check up 6 weeks after the op, I was told there would

Very Scary SVT.
And does SVT originate from a different location in the
heart
than a-fib? It was the worst
health
experience I've ever had. Thanks for any comments.

Sex drive
I’m struggling coming to some sort of terms with my sex drive So a bit of a long story here so bare with me: I lost my virginity at 14 and pretty much never stopped from there! I joined the army at 16 and as what was the social normal in that environment, we would be out drinking 5/6 nights a week either
