Since my stroke my interest has dropped down to noting, I'm fine with that but have a girlfriend, wondering any knows if i take it with my current medication, MTX, and whole load of others. Is it something I ask neurologist? or take it in my own?

I’m on blood pressure medication and it works fine with that. I would suggest asking the pharmacist privately.

With regard to your lowered sex drive, the advice I can offer based on experience is that my wife and I just sometimes practice intimacy, so touching, cuddling, kissing etc. sometimes it’s leads to orgasm through masturbation etc but sometimes it’s just intimate touching without orgasm. I found that helped with a low libido. It happens mostly through age unfortunately. I’m in my fifties and it can go from just not interested for weeks to being like a horny teenager. But my advice above helped me tremendously and brought our relationship on leaps and bounds.
