Cold feeling in upper back

Has anyone else been getting a cold tingling sensation in back area mainly behind shoulder blades I'm 8 weeks post heart bypass ,

since my HA i get strange sensations there, sometimes cold sometimes numb, usually passes after a few hrs xx

i find my nerve endings are very tender. Slightest pressure on eith elbow results in numb arm and fingers.

Due to the meds my bp is lower yhan it should be. .
