Had 2 round of IVIG and put onto 70mg daily of Pred. All worked a treat. Platelets went to 96 in 4 days and released

Attitude, attitude, attitude
Attitude is everything in life and everything when it comes to cancer let me explain. Let's all agree we are all going to die sometime no one escapes that. It doesn't matter if you're the richest man in the world or the poorest man you are going to die. When you accept that simple fact you take away

Vaccine and IVIG
I have my second vaccine next Saturday but am scheduled for my routine IVIG on Tuesday. I just found a journal article that suggested that IVIG before a vaccine could reduce efficacy of the vaccine because the IVIG might "fight" the vaccine. I emailed my doctor to ask if I should put off IVIG a week

Recipe - bubble & squeak sweet potato skins
I got this recipe in a magazine about a month or so ago and liked it so much I have made it regularly ever since. It is a healthy recipe and, of course, sweet potatoes (unlike "normal" potatoes) count as one of your five a day. I eat it at lunch with salad and cold meat or have it for dinner with a steak

Myasthenia Gravis ,My Dandelion ,My Life
Diagnosing was just as problematic as Living with Myasthenia Gravis , just like the Dandelion. I pluck from my garden ,they disappear momentarily and reappear, in another place only to remind me ,I need to keep and give attention to make sure it don't kill ,steal or destroy whatever maintenance necessary

Trying to improve
I feel like, much more than is
healthy
, I have been
living
my life for the happiness of others and thinking of the benefit of others before myself. I want to acknowledge my progress because that is as important.
