Beef Cobbler with Cheese and Rosemary Scones for Lytham's Casserole Off
I apologise for the picture, it doesn't do justice to the casserole, however, in future I would add more stock, as the scones soak up a lot of the gravy. It tastes fantastic! Even if I do say so myself! :D
INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PORTIONS
900g braising/stewing/chuck steak cut into cubes 3 tbsp coconut

Stress Hormones Reawaken Dormant Cancer Cells
The study is quite detailed and will take awhile for most of us to get through and pull out useful information. https://stm.sciencemag.org/content/12/572/eabb5817 There is a brief write up in STAT with interviews of study authors, basically it seems that certain stress hormones trigger neutrophil activity

Swede & carrot fritters
Hi everyone and here’s a pic of tonight’s tea. I made the fritter idea up and although they fell apart a bit, they were well yummy. Chop half a swede and 3 medium carrots into small chunks, steam for about ten minutes then mash with butter. Stir in a fried onion, a large egg and a handful of grated cheddar

I know my body and know this is not accurate so its time to invest in some new scales, I'm just hoping that what
