I have found when I drink things like fizzy drinks, coke etc, addictive drinks I have no trouble drinking enough. Add to that all the high salt junk I was eating at that time also. I’ve rarely ever drank alcohol.
Now that I’m eating healthy and drinking only water, I’m struggling to drink. I don’t feel thirsty all that much and I find myself forcing myself to drink a 500ml bottle of water.

probably all the sodium in your fizzy drinks making you thirsty and the need for your body to flush out the sodium. you’ve stopped putting the salt in which sodium is your body doesn’t have the need to flush it that’s why you don’t feel thirsty. hope this makes sense. keep up the good work❤️shiona
I just don’t feel thirsty that much. I’ve been forcing 2-3 bottles a day at least. I wanted to drink a sugar free Robinsons blackcurrent but am worried about the stuff in it.
