update on the ecg I posted 2 weeks ago!
so was at cardiologist today for my 3 month post ablation follow up for AF. He’s thinking there is a good chance the AF has gone. I showed him the ecg traces from my Apple Watch which some of you had suggested bigeminy PVCs and that’s exactly what they are. He has me on a 24 hour monitor just now to

The Constitution of Medical Knowledge (Part 1 of 3)
Patients are often confused by seemingly conflicting findings of studies, or equally good doctors recommending different treatment plans. How are we to decide? My son is in college, we've always had a close and loving relationship, I don't want him to know about my
health
issues, depression and
anxiety
, he's making his own life, studying and working, I'm so proud of him, and love him so much I don't want him worrying about me, as he has my sensitive nature.

Circumcision 5 days post op help/advice wanted.
I have major
health
anxiety
and am incredibly stressed out by this whole experience so far, I just wondered whether anybody had any advice or a similar story to share. Or whether the stage I'm at is completely normal and it will all be ok (fingers crossed)

I had a Laminectomy due to Severe Spinal Stenosis which initially provided 4 months of relief. It then failed and deteriorated again. After that I’ve also had open heart surgery with a Triple Bypass and Mitral Valve Repair. After collapsing last year I’ve now been diagnosed with Heart Failure. Unfortunately

Sternum wires - going through airport security with metal!
Hello, I have sternum wires following open heart surgery a year ago, & am flying abroad soon, would I need a GP letter for the process of going through airport security with the metal in my chest? Thank you for any advice!

I Feel Like I Am Not Free.
Last month I had a mental
health
consultation with a professional. I am constantly having an
anxiety
for the past three years and I am caged with it that i don't get to feel what real world is like. It feels like I am in my comfort zone and I can't get out. I don't know how.

Sciatica/nerve pain when walking - what do I do next?
It’s honestly starting to get me down (it is refreshing to hear that others are having similar experiences though) I’m scared to keep going back because a nurse insinuated that I have
health
anxiety
and keeps just giving me pain medication . The whole experience has been super challenging.

Back when i was 17 and just graduated i have decided to stop the studies i was doing because i did not liked it and wanted to explore new things, i also had an

Health anxiety/Ectopic Beats
I started to notice my
health
anxiety
spiral out of control in 2020 causing me to get some PVCs/PACs. Went to a cardiologist and had an echo and month-long event monitor. Was experiencing a few a day, but then they eventually got better.

Freaking out ovarian cyst
I explained to the reception I have severe
health
anxiety
and I would like to speak to a dr to find out why and she wouldn’t let me. I asked her if it was anything serious and she said “ I’m only reception”.

Indigestion after Heart Attack
I had my heart attack last year. One stent. Now experiencing right chest pain sometimes in the evening. I often think I am having another heart attack but after going to casualty I realise it is indigestion. I have never suffered with this prior to the heart attack. The pain is bad. It can be difficult

Groin Pain
Hi So for the past few months I have had a pain in my groin on the right side that feels like a twinge every so often. This pain occasionally radiates as a dull ache to my lower back or even hips and on a rare occasion can be felt on the other side of the groin. I have been to see my GP and had a physical
