All this made my
health
anxiety
extremely bad. I was planning a wedding, worried about if I was going to lose my dad, just lost my furry baby and feeling like this was the end before it could even begin. All I could think was I'm going to die and I'm never going to get married.

migraine after stopping aspirin
My son had heart surgery in May & stopped taking daily aspirin a week ago. He has had a lot of migraines ever since. Has anyone else had this problem?

Off topic - On being assaulted
I did see a counsellor on the NHS to try and get help with my mental
health
(sadly I have a history of serious depression and
anxiety
). But the counsellor has been off sick for the last two months so that support is not accessible at the moment.

Disheartening news 😞☹️
My precious Jeff … They now think the cancer has spread to his brain sheath and spine. To confirm this, he has to have a spinal tap, but first has to be off blood thinners for 72 hours. If cancer is in the brain sheath, there’s basically nothing they can do. We start the countdown. Tomorrow they

Not for everyone i agree but for me a change for the better.
Apart from heart medication which is essential that I must take,I took myself off all antidepressants, melatonin etc etc several months ago which i've been prescribed for many years. In my opinion they solve nothing in the long term, they can mess your head up and make us dependant on prescribed medication

Twitchy eye
The past couple of days my right eye has been twitching on and off, really irritating and my
health
anxiety
is obviously kicking in and I’m panicking 🤣 I had an opticians app less than a month ago and everything was normal! But I didn’t have the twitch at the time!

Can anyone give me some info please?
I have been waiting for a heart monitor since February, and when I enquired about it, apparently the GP had forgotten to ask about it. I now have an appointment to get one on 22nd August. I was feeling that I was going to faint, so she cut my atenolol from 50mg to 25 mg, which has helped, but heart still

Echocardiogram Report - Bizarre as simply added to my NHS record.
I had heart surgery in February, 2020 to replace a bicuspid aortic valve with severe aortic stenosis and a dilated aortic root. Follow up as been a little lacking since discharge from the surgical team to my local hospital cardiology. I refused to accept telephone reviews, got a new consultant but

Loneliness
I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for about 9 years. And have had a rough go the past 2 years with health problems. I am looking for some sort of support group to have, because I go through some really dark depressive episodes, and can't afford to go down that spiral

Had a terrible nightmare
I am having nightmares again. Was really tired and went to bed still stressed. I'm gonna now tell the nightmare. In the nightmare mom was saying "You're guilty that your dad left. You're guilty for the divorce. You made a lot of drama. You were always anxious and sick. It's your fault. He left and i

trapped nerves
my husband had open heart surgery 9 weeks ago which went well, the operation was over 8 hours. Since then he has numbness in his one hand. In the last few weeks he’s had pains in his hip and upper leg. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Thank you

How am I still anemic?
hi folks. I’m hoping for some advice. I had open heart surgery in sept 21 and then again in Jan 22. I had a blood transfusion after the second one (1 bag). I’ve been anemic ever since. They started giving me on iron tablets 3 months ago , after dietary changes didn’t improve things , but my iron stores

I Feel Like I Am Not Free.
Last month I had a mental
health
consultation with a professional. I am constantly having an
anxiety
for the past three years and I am caged with it that i don't get to feel what real world is like. It feels like I am in my comfort zone and I can't get out. I don't know how.
