Cardio performance abrupt decline
Currently on Orgovyx for the last 18 months with very little side effects due to wrestling, lifting weights and hiking. Then suddenly four days ago, only a block from the beginning of my daily 2.5 mile hike my energy unexpectedly ran out. I pushed forward another block assuming I could shake off whatever

Anxiety

I was thinking of the best way to celebrate my eight month anniversary since my WMM (Wolf Mini Maze) in Tokyo by Dr Ohtsuka at the NewHeart Watanabe Hospital. I am still in NSR (normal sinus rhythm) and my divorce from AFib is finalised. As our friend Jim knows, I went a little mad (as you do) when

No matter how long or how deeply you have suffered, you can recover.
When our nervous system can take no more it becomes over-sensitised producing symptoms such as panic attacks,

anxiety
, agoraphobia and derealisation to name but some. Every small concern real or imagined becomes magnified ten-fold: always the worst case scenario.

Health Anxiety will not go away
What can I say that hasn't been said a thousand times before by others more concises than me? Like many people I constantly think about my health. Every twitch, indentation, sore throat, etc is over-analysed to the point of a morbid, incurable diagnoses. You all know the diseases I'm referring to.

Cold water!
I went swimming for the first time yesterday since my diagnosis of PAF 18 months ago. I'm on holiday in France at the moment. It was an outdoor pool and it's hot here so the water felt really cold. I went in waist deep and then ducked under. I swam for a few metres then realised I was in AF. I guess

Hi, Apologies, I’m dreadful at remembering terminology .. I’ve had racing and irregular heart beat intermittently for a decade of more. I have a resting heart rate of 50 and low blood pressure. My afib tends to be aggressive and I usually end up in hospital. ( rate of 240 not unusual) Last time had

Tachycardia
Hi. After six months clear of af it suddenly came back last month. It seems to bother me every day since. I’m on Bisoprolol 10 and flecainide 50.x 2. Also became tachycardic. Spoke to gp who agreed I could increase flecainide to 2 x 100. Made me very breathless so reduced it again. I’m mostly tachycardic

I'm tired of always thinking and worrying something is wrong with me. I'm not sure how to get over this. It started mainly when I startef my meds, and I wish I knew how
