Awful pain
Yesterday Suddenly I woke up with a pain inbetween my legs. It worsened during the day. This morning it’s worsened And awful but evening. I can’t walk with out being in awful bad pain. It’s there constantly. I took painkillers nothing helped. Getting up from sitting is awful. Putting trousers and socks

PMR symptoms have flared since the booster
I had the booster on fifth of November and have had increased pain and tiredness. Rheumatologist recommended not upping my dose of Pred due to omicron high numbers. She said it would settle down and to take painkillers but it doesn’t seem to be working.

No help with Pain?
Itching is the smallest degree of pain. Doctors (and the public) have become so afraid of pain medication! It’s heartless, and shameful, not to mention non-empathetic, for a doctor to fail to give a patient who is suffering as your mother is, no help from her pain! Pain medications are NOT just for

Greetings everyone. This is Jim's third son, Chris, again. I am writing because Dad is in no longer in any condition to comprehensively express his experience. We have seen significant physical decline this week, to say the least. Further, his windows of lucidity are becoming shorter and sparser

What do we do when painkillers over the years have wrecked your insides and taking any more burns so bad? But my endo cramps are so intense I don’t know what to do 😭help.

Long term use of codeine as pain killer? I have been prescribed 30/500mgs of codeine co codamol for over 20 years severe pain.
I do know that should i have to stop this for any reason that i would experience a bad withdrawal BUT if my pain ever came to be under control without the use of these weak opiates how bad would the withdrawal be or have any of you came through it I know i am PHYSICALLY hooked on this - no doubt of

Toe cramping and leg pain in Parkinson’s
My WWP experiences intense pain and discomfort that she finds difficult to describe in her legs, several times every day. Mostly accompanied by cramping, both upwards and downwards, of toes, which makes walking very difficult and sometimes impossible. She had DBS surgery 16 months ago, but this has not

head
now and sore scalp sometimes and I feel inflamed in my

and body. The
pain
doesn't seem to be in my temples but I do get it in my jaw off and on and my shoulders are painful. It's the hot feeling that's getting to me. I have to take paracetamol to sleep just a few hours.

Unusual
VERY unusual!! I slept all night - no pain, no loo visits. Now 10am and am still pain free. Pick up pill box to realise I hadn't taken my pred OR pain killers last night. ????? Was this an "almost" New Year's gift? Has this happened to anyone else?

Sorry for being a stranger
As I said in my last post how ever long ago that was, I have completely fallen away from my
Pain
Management Programme, though things do pop into my
head
from time to time and I try getting back on the horse; I am definitely more mindful than i was prior to completing the programme.
