Ovary pain

Hi, I had my first lap in June for endo and they removed what they could and an endometrioma from one ovary. I’ve since had only mild pain but tonight I’ve had horrible pain on my left side where the cyst was. I had a scan in Nov which showed x2 small cysts in left ovary. I’ve taken co codamol for the pain but it’s still there. I don’t know whether to get this checked to make sure the cyst hasn’t ruptured? Im not in loads of pain as the painkillers have helped. Any advice? We’re due to start IVF soon so I’m really worried 😟

I’d say best to get it checked. An ultrasound at A&E should tell you if cysts have burst. And if it has then it maybe best to get antibiotics just in case as burst cysts can cause infection and that can be v painful.
