Chronic Bloating

I had my laparoscopic surgery and ablation in December 2020. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis on my pouch of Douglas. Since my surgery I have been in the same abs worse pain every single day, also since my surgery I have had chronic bloating every single day when I drink anything even water, eat anything it bloats so much I am unable to walk and breathe properly. I have been given multiple ibs medication and changed Dietary plans and neither made any difference. I experience excruciating pelvic, back, hip pain 24/7 and there are no painkillers that help. I believe I have bowel endometriosis however I am struggling to find any specialists to help identify this due to my surgery in Dec 2020. Has anyone else experienced any of this?

Did you get much info after op? There is a possibility if it was found in the PoD could be on the bowel. Mine was seen on the bowel at first lap, referred to his mate the Endo specialist. I was told there would be a colorectal surgeon, but there wasn’t and on list for a combined op elsewhere. My pain hasn’t reduced and really got worse and there 24/7. Not sure what meds you’ve tried, but since starting Diclofenac suppositories and more recently morphine slow release it’s been less of a strain mentally. Has helped a bit with pain, but did some gardening yesterday and nothing really worked.

I had my stage 4 diagnosed with my one and only laparscopy in April 2018 or 19, hard to keep track of time! Ever since I constantly look 6 months pregnant by the end of every day. My gynaecologist only told me I had endometriosis and it was quite bad. I've had countless colonoscopies and told everything fine but like you no over the counter meds work. I also get bad constipation and have been fobbed off with decapeptyl injections and the mini pill. So I've just decided to go it alone and no more artificial help to try to alievate my bloating. Hi this might sound odd but, I am waiting for lap surgery to remove a cyst and the ovary it is attached to also the healthy ovary as a precaution. Since the cyst has reached 9cm l have been experiencing constipation and have 3 Dulcoease daily and find they help need to drink a large glass of water with each one. Sorry for your pain hope this might be of a little help 🤗

I had the same thing with the constant severe painful bloating daily I would wake with a normal stomach and eat the smallest amount even a couple bites and it would bloat to look like I was seven months pregnant and like u described was painful to breathe, I was unable to wear a waistband at all and resorted to wearing onesie Pajamas for approximately two or three years before I was finally diagnosed with stage four endo in March 2020 when I had a hysterectomy and endo surgery, my doctor didn’t believe the bloating was from endo before the surgery and told me the surgery prob wouldn’t help but I read online it’s very common and called endo bloat, and since the surgery I haven’t had that anymore only a much less severe version around the week when I would normally have my period
