RLS newbie
Hi all, I was hoping you could give me some advice about where to begin, as I'm finding reading through the posts, although very helpful, also overwhelming! I have self diagnosed as having RLS for about 20 years. It has been relatively ignorable until the last few years. Now it is affecting my sleep

A quieter week this week!
My husband's very first attempt at baking and it was delicious! I Pottered about flower arranging, and a goodly haul of conkers. Meds still helping cough and breathlessness but stink of deep heat cuz have a very bad pain just above my pelvis on the left side. Yoga in half an hour so some deep stretches

CLL and oral cancer
has anyone here experienced oral cancers? I know we are 5 times more likely to get secondary cancers having CLL, I had a speckled Leukoplakia and have just two days ago had two lesions surgically removed both sides of my tongue, one is a very large wound both underneath my tongue, I’m in a lot of pain

Any tips?
Hi, I'm new here. After any tips on soothing pain. I'm struggling with my ribs again today and I know all fybro sufferers can experience the pain differently and in different areas, so if anyone struggles with their ribs any tips on how to ease them would be much appreciated😊 currently relying heavily

EXCELLENT website on PhotoBioModulation (red light therapy)
This website seems dedicated to TBI (traumatic brain injury caused by
injuries
to the
head
/brain by football, etc. But their aim is the same thing we strive for: HEALING our brain. Many, many great links on this website that I just discovered tonight! STAY STRONG!

Fisiocrem
Has anyone tried fisiocrem? Sounds a bit like deep heat. I wondered if it's OK to use alongside pred. I'm not holding out much hope for it but I'm willing to try anything to sort out my neck ache! Here's the description of it: "Fioscrem soothing massage rub for use on tense and contracted muscle areas

A few more TBI facts; neurological, physiological, psychological.
Whiplash and impact
injuries
damage the neck, face and
head
. Nerves in the cervical spine get impinged and tissue damage causes inflammation that compress nerves, both cause tremors in the body and affect signalling to the vestibular system and facial muscles causing balance and visual issues.

Are my symptoms consistent with B12 deficiency especially burning sensation.
Hi Hoping people can tell me if some weird symptoms I'm having are consistent with B12 deficiency. I'm in the UK London. I have started getting burning skin sensations - feels like someone applied deep heat when I wasn't looking. I get these on my forearms, shoulders, patches on my upper back. They

What's your Cholestyramine receipt?
Hello all! Just for grins and maybe a little help out there for those of us that have to take Cholestyramine every day, I thought we could post how we fix it. I take Cholestyramine light and mix it with icy orange juice as the stand by but I find that way too sweet. Recently I discovered blending

Deep heat, deep freeze, or massage oil?
I've been massaging my legs for 1-2 min each night before bed, and it seems to help a bit. What has your experience been? Also, have you tried something like deep heat or deep freeze, and how did that go?

Chronic back pain and pain relief?
Hi all Looking for some advice re pain killers for awful lower backache. I had a stent fitted in my LAD a year ago and on the usual meds ie Ticagrelor, Atorvastatin, Aspirin. Everything I read it seems I shouldn’t take ibuprofen only paracetamol which doesn’t touch the pain. Been seeing an osteopath
