My LFT readings versus normal
I have also had
H
-
pylori
and just completed a 2 week course of antibiotics and wonder if this has had an effect on LFT's as I was suffering with it for at least 6 weeks before diagnosed though guess they would take that into account. A liver biopsy has now been requested.

No atrophy but anti-intrinsic antobody?
I am negative for
H
Pylori
. I had my first endoscopy last week and the gastroenterologist told me my stomach had no evidence at all of any stomach atrophy which greatly surprised him as typically a person with my profile has atrophy.

Acid reflux
I went to see my gp yet again about the sickness and she has decided I need another endoscopy to see what is going on in my stomach etc, but first I have to be checked for

virus first. Ok, but I have had to stop my omeprazole.

Six years ago following a gastroscopy (due to feeling sick a lot of the time) I was told I had
H
-
pylori
and given a course of antibiotics to take, but this was never followed up to see if it had been cured.

Gut Instinct
Not only that, they'll tell you that the presence of
h
.
pylori
in the gut increases your risk of developing stomach cancer later on (as if we didn't have enough to worry about from good old PA, right?)

Horrible stomach problems
I've got my faeces checked again for
H
.
Pylori
and again negative. Got a blood test for some food allergies, all negative. Faeces test for parasites negative. I'm already eating Paleo (as far as I can eat). Lost weight of course.

Possible new treatment for H. pylori
I just came across this article about a new treatment for
H

pylori
that doesn't use antibiotics. It sounds promising. http://medicalxpress.com/news/2014-11-vegetable-oil-ingredient-key-gastric.html

Stomach ulcers
I was tested for
H
pylori
which came back negative. I also had 7 biopsies. What is worrying me is my internet research.

Hello I need you all right now :(
I was extremely busy with work and recently I have been diagnosed with
h
pylori
infection, they put me on a very hard treatment of antibiotics and acid suppressing meds.. I have been enduring the tremendous side effects of it nausea, headache, severe anxiety, vomiting, for a week now.

Gastric issues
All sorts of tests
h
pylori
etc. all negative. Seen a lady who does intolerance testing and she recommended silicoll gel amongst other things. He started with 5 ml 30 mins before food and is now on 15 ml. He's been on this for 7 weeks now and diarrhoea has stopped and tummy is much better.

Elevated ALP
They found out I had
H
.
Pylori
and treated me right away. At the same time though, the Gastro doctor asked me if I knew I had an elevated liver Enzyme. I said no! No one ever told me, he said that he would do more tests to make sure it was not coming from my liver.

T3 - I have gone on a detox, stopped my meds in despair, cut out diary and milk in an attempt to feel better.
Blood test results :
H
Pylori
- came back negative TSH - 0.06 - not sure of range but GP said it was the lowest it could be. T4 - 1 - not sure of range but labs marked it as low.

Which one is the culprit for depression? I am currently on ursofalk 250 x 3, solupred 5 mg x 1, zyloric x1, and eltroxin 50 mg x 1 daily.
Since my doctor would not do it, I did; I am gradually withdrawing from solupred, and instead of taking ursofalk three times daily, I am taking two, and sometimes one. Zyloric I completely stopped two weeks ago. The eltroxin I only started a month ago and intend to keep on taking it. I am also taking
