This is probably a long shot but I thought it was just possible one of you might be able to point me in the right direction. I take 100mg of Levothyroxine and usually feel much better than I did before, although still find it really hard to lose weight. :-( Recently I've been feeling the need to pass

Some advice please
Hi all, I wonder if I could please ask for some advice regarding my worsening symptoms and help interpreting blood test results? I've been having symptoms for years which have always been dismissed as anxiety or panic attacks but as I've had many many episodes of fainting I'm trying to find some answers

Sugar & alcohol reduce tremors? Undiagnosed diabetes?
Has anyone noticed their resting tremor reduces with a good dose of sugar or alcohol? Like a soda (11 teaspoons of sugar) or a full beer (4 teaspoons of alcohol). The idea is that cells which are not able to produce much energy from compromised mitochondria can function better on a sugar or alcohol

Finally got a FULL 'Liver panel' done - and these are the results ....
Blood samples taken on 29 September 2015 and at last includes an ALT value which shows an AST/ALT ratio of less then 0.5, which I guess I should he happy about. Not sure about the Albumin/Globulin ratio which I've seen other people mention - I don't really get it. Anyway, the results are: BILIRUBIN

I am officially considered pre-diabetic(to add to the other "stuff")
I got the call today that I qualify for the next part of the study(If you saw my earlier msgs- if not , it is an NIH funded study on pre-diabetes to see if diabetes can be prevented/moderated- I am still not sure of the nature of the condition/illness). Since it was a voice msg I did not get my A1C.

Sometimes, it really ISN'T all about the thyroid
I've been knackered for months, feeling squishy-flat, no interest in sex, not getting enjoyment from anything and, recently, have gone off food (still eating the same amount but not deriving any pleasure from it). Don't even feel like exercising and I love exercising. I've spent months thinking that
