I am 29 year old. I was diagnosed with diabetes before 40 day ago.Now my FBS is between 85 to 115 and PPBS is between 120 to 160 in last 10 days.My Blood Glucose Levels Sometimes Go Up (10 to 20 unit )after Physical Activity in morning. I take green tea before morning exercise. Is it normal condition or need to attention??.
