Egg Sharing Update
Hello! I can’t believe four months has passed since all the blood tests, but I can now confirm we are well on our way to our first round of IVF - with myself sharing half my eggs with a recipient. I definitely made the most of the Summer ;) My blood tests took just over five weeks to come back - all

Short protocol for second round of IVF after poor response. Anyone had similar experience?
My husband and I had our first round of IVF (long protocol) June 2019 and I unexpectedly did not respond to the stimulation drugs. Our infertility is unexplained and our consultant did not expect such a poor response from our test results which were all within normal range, although my AMH is at the

Targinact
I posted a few months ago about my hideous experiences with Lyrica. The consultant at Guys has put me on Targinact. Now this drug is having a terrible effect, or seems to. At first, two months ago, it had no effect, then things improved for a few weeks, then took a nosedive. About half an hour after

My Wife & I are on our second cycle of IUI, but may have to abandon again...
Hi all, I wondered if anyone can share their experiences or offer any advice. My Wife and I are going through our 2nd cycle of IUI. We had to abandon our first cycle due to my Wife's follicles only reaching 11mm by CD21. My wife has PCOS and has had both cycles injecting Gonal F. We are now CD14 and

Painful feet!
This is a long shot but I’m trying to find out if anyone suffers from the same condition I have. 8 years ago I started getting really painful planter facia muscles (both feet). I was first mis diagnosed with planter fasciitis but that was then ruled out as I don’t have the same symptoms. I’ve seen all

Ranitidine (Zantac) - Doctors told to stop prescribing some types
Although not directly related to thyroid, I suspect a number of members have been prescribed Ranitidine (Zantac). It is for them, and simply to achieve widespread appreciation of this issue that I am posting this: [i]UK doctors are being told to stop prescribing four types of a heartburn medication

Can't get hold of Gonal-f
Hi I've just been to ASDA to get my gonal-f and have been told there are manufacturer issues so they don't have it and advised I will find it difficult to find it elsewhere - yikes! I normally use ASDA as it's the least expensive and easy. I think last time it was about £250 per box (900 IU/1.5ml).

B12 Injection?
Hi there. I heard through the grapevine (and not from allopathic docs) that B12 injections can help with fatigue, mood, and other co-occuring symptoms we all face (in the autoinflammatory and autoimmune worlds). I had my first today to try it and the nurse said it would be fairly soon that I would have
