Advice after first post stimulation scan - response and thyroid
Hi fellow warriors 💪🍍💛 I had my first monitoring scan today following a week of taking a dose of 300iu Gonal F shots for six days. The sonographer said my lining was developing well and my follicles were beginning to develop but were still small. They have increased my Gonal F dose to 375. My oestrogen

Onion and garlic. Starting to feel sane!
I started to read a thread on this forum about food intolerance and have since looked at the Johns Hopkins site which mentions garlic as being a potential food to avoid. About 4-5 years ago I found that even the smallest amount of garlic or onion would make me feel sick within minutes and then my whole

Feeling jittery after first self injection
Hi guys, So I did my first self-injection yesterday; got the VITAMIN B12 Depot Rotexmedica ampoules from Amazon.de and Union Medico auto injector. Initial nervousness aside it was fairly straight forward. Slight discomfort in thigh after injection which passed pretty quickly. After lunch though I

RLS help??
I don't know yet if this works, but my nurse practitioner just recommended L Theanine 200 mg twice/day up to 1200 mg and Magnesium Threonate 144 mg -- 6 capsules and Magnesium Glycinate up to 6 capsules. I pray it works for me-- and maybe 1 of you!

Anyone taking Duloxetine?
Hi, I am new here and I've been struggling with Small Fibre Neuropathy for two years; the cause is unknown. Any cycle buddies out there?
Hi fertility warriors 🍍💪💛 Hope you’re all having a good weekend. I started my Gonal-F injections last night - yay! My hubby and I have waited a year for this cycle because after our FET last year my thyroid went bonkers and I was diagnosed with Silent Autoimmune Thyroiditis. So I was excited to

Bad response to high dose of Menopur
I am 36 and have low amh 0.4 and just had my first cycle canceled for egg accumulation for ivf. They put me on 450 Ui per day of menopur. Normally I have 5 follicles grow naturally. This month only 2 and one very small grew. Biggest at 7mm at 7 days! So we canceled and converted to timed intercourse.

Have any of you had peripheral neuropathy prior to PD diagnosis?
In 2013 I started experiencing "pins and needles" in my fingers and toes which were diagnosed as "idiopathic peripheral neuropathy" (I also suspect Raynaud's as I've been quite sensitive to cold). Three years later I developed a tremor along with cogwheel rigidity and was diagnosed with PD. During

Any recommendations for auto injector?
Thanks to the great help from wedgewood, I've just bought 100 ampoules of B12 from Amazon.de (how ridiculous is the UK?) so I'll be picking up the auto injector from the company in Denmark. I've searched for previous topics and have seen a few recommendations, but just wondered which is the best needle

IVF Here We Go
Had my baseline scan yesterday. Was so excited to be back in after doc and nurse virtual appointments last week. After so many months of waiting, between speaking to the clinic and starting has been quick. Today I start on my Gonal-f. Then all going well with scans egg collection in a couple of weeks

Update and question
I was wondering how people here are dealing with Covid-19. It would be the LAST thing we RLS sufferers need. I hope all of you are doing well in that regard and are taking good care of yourselves. My RLS is the same, nothing has changed. I still use the IcyHot and it works. It takes longer sometimes

What kind of doctor do I see?
What kind of doctor do I see to address RLS or whatever this is? I'm diagnosed by my PCP who thinks that, given the leg/arm pain and leg spasms, it might be something else. She's not well-versed and has just been Googling stuff.

Looking for any advice!
Hi about 5 weeks ago I started with a change in my bowel habits, it could go from not being able to go to needing to get to the loo as fast as I can! It’s usually worse when I first wake up in the morning and then later at night! It’s driving me crazy! This probably all started when I was nearly due

Pregabalin, peripheral neuropathy and nerve conduction tests.

Very poor sleep. Suggestions?
PD symptoms first appeared about five years ago. Officially diagnosed last fall. Not taking any allopathic meds or mucuna so far. My sleep is terrible, typically 3-5 hours per night. The problem is not physical stiffness or pain. Just difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep. I am not particularly

1st monitoring scan - not great results 🙈
So just had my scan, had 1 huge follicle measuring at 17mm, a second at 12mm. They seemed quite surprised at the largest one, said much bigger than they would expect after 7 days. Unfortunately the other 3 follicles on my left follicle are not measurable. They took ages to find my right ovary and

Peripheral neuropathy
Hello all! I have such a lot of health problems and here I am again. Besides my long list of pains I have Peripheral Neuropathy. I have a few questions to people here who also suffer from it. I am not a diabetic but I had cancer and my PN was caused by chemotherapy. I always say chemo destroyed me.

An update on my tocilizumab experience.
Hello Everyone, from Downunder, I have now had my 12th jab of tocilizumab and my inflammatory markers have reduced to “normal” levels. I feel strong, full of energy and mentally positive for the first time in some months. My pred is down to 6.5mgs, Rheumatologist thinks I could reduce more rapidly,
