Antibiotics!
Since being at the dentist for a gum abscess, I’ve had a course of antibiotics which is hellish. I’m suffering with side effects until Tuesday night so treadmill workouts are on hold till then. Unfortunately, we don’t appreciate health until we lose it!!!!

Hyberbaric Oxygen Therapy
I have a friend who contracted Lyme disease and recently underwent a series of hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions. The treatment has completely transformed him and he is now his old self. I have read that this therapy helps Fibromyalgia and other autoimmune diseases and was wondering if anyone knew

Voice volume issues post ICU
Hello! I was in ICU in February. I thought I just had a bad cough… I’d lost my voice and thrown up and felt shocking and my GP told me it was viral and to take aspirin. Two days later, I was blue-lighted to hospital with Flu, severe pneumonia, strep A and sepsis. I went into septic shock and was put

BFP last week but now ill with suspected COVID.
Tested positive after my FET but ever since I’ve been feeling poorly with covid symptoms. Persistent cough, fever, headaches etc. I’m worried that this will impact the pregnancy because it’s so early on - any advice? My viability scan isn’t until 22/12 and I feel like I’m going to be an absolute mess

shingles jab anyone?
I had a very bad bout of shingles three years ago. Yesterday my doctors surgery rang to say I qualified for a jab! I tried to ask if it was worthwhile for someone who had already had shingles and was told she was the receptionist! Fair enough but then you can’t speak to a medic anymore Any thoughts

From Prednisone to Morphine
I was wondering if anyone had been offered Morphine as an alternative to Prednisone? It’s been suggested to me by my new Rheumatologist recently. He’s questioning my diagnosis of PMR & suggests the pain is due to “wear & tear”. My pain is symmetrical, in all the usual places (knees, hips, shoulders,

Vitamin A - retinol.
Dr. John Campbell posted a video about how low vitamin A (retinol) levels predispose a person to experience pneumonia from the Mycoplasm pneumoniae which is currently at near epidemic levels among children in northern China. No surprise here to be honest considering the severe lockdowns. Children have

Not too far back there was a discussion about having a Tetanus shot, might help PD. I tried a search and came up with only one 2 year old post. No very Techy. Can someone help me find the link to that discussion? Thank you

Tinnitus and Meniere's
Has anyone ever received Intratympanic steroid injection in their ear(s) for Tinnitus or Meniere's? I was just curious if it was worth it and made matters better. Is the injection painful or create other issues? My ENT has recommended it for my left ear which has a variety of issues. Thanks.

Finally a little light!
Many of you have been kind in giving me advice and support over the last year, especially when I was 'wading through treacle'. A few weeks ago I had another steroid injection and leflunomide added to my MTX. I hardly dare say this but I'm actually starting to feel better. My joints have gone down so
