Thrush from Trimbow worse at the end of inhaler
I’ve been using Trimbow for about 6 months now and it’s changed my life, however, I get horrible dry mouth and oral thrush side effects. Maybe I’m imagining it, but I’ve noticed that it gets much worse towards the end of the inhaler and clears up a bit once I start a new one.? Anyone else? I always

Is it the New shape of Aerobika mouthpiece causing my mouth ulcers?
Just wondering if any of my fellow chest clearance buddies are experiencing recurrent mouth ulcers ? . Think mine is due to the different shape of Aerobika mouthpiece.? My newest device comes with a sort of ‘lip’ to the edge of it …Grasping at straws here to get a reason.. Mouth ulcers are so sore!

high amh levels
I’ve been told my AMH levels are 67.1, way out of the normal range. Have PCOS and thin lining which is likely due to high AMH. I have a cycle of 33-35 days but light periods. Having a hycosy this week. Is ovulation induction unlikely to be an option? Thanks

Pain Concern
Hello Again. Has anyone had an epidural steroid injection for shingles pain? I am scheduled for one and I'm scared. I have had trigger point injections in the past, but those go into muscle where this would go to the nerves that shingles infect. This doctor is very good at what she does so I have no

Pes Anserine Bursitis - steroid injection offered.
On Thursday I had an appointment with a rheumatologist who had previously been quite impatient and dismissive of me. I made up my mind to give him the briefest details of my woes over the last 9 months. (This is a 6 monthly appointment 😂). He was happy for me to continue with my slow tapering and then

it’s been a rough six months.
I’m tired of winning the sickness lottery. I swear it’s been one thing after another for five months. Bad cold, chronic inflammation of my eyes (non-ms) which caused sores on my right eye, Covid, extreme vertigo that returned me to the ER, another cold and now shingles. Fortunately the shingles aren

Valproate: new safety and educational materials to support regulatory measures in men and women under 55 years of age
I don't think there is any reason to expect many members to be taking any form of Valproate, but this is such an important issue, with such significant consequences, I've decided to post it anyway. Even if you are not taking it, someone you know might be. [i]

Nasal / Sinus problems and Bad Smell?
I just wanted to ask about this, as had pain in the nose/cold only on the right side, (which has since gone) all round the eyes, and top of the nose, which I am guessing is Sinusitis? The odd thing is, is that all I can smell is what can only be described as 'cow sh*t' whenever I blow my nose, or sometimes
